RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because every Net Positive product is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at hello@netpositivewear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@netpositivewear.com.
